Cottage Cheese Capsicum

Ingredients:
  • 200 grams (about 8 oz.) cottage cheese cut into (1/2") cubes 
  • 2 green bell pepper(Capsicum)cut into long thin strips 
  • 4 garlic cloves crushed 
  • 2 tablespoon oil 
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder 
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder 
  • 1 teaspoon Whole Spice powder
  • 8 tablespoons tomato puree 
  • salt and sugar to taste



Directions:

  1. Heat oil and garlic on medium level in a pan for about 2 min. Add green bell pepper strips and stir fry on high heat for a few seconds.
  2. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala (optional) powder, tomato puree, salt and sugar. Mix well. 
  3. Cook on medium heat uncovered for about 3 min.
  4. Add cottage cheese.
  5. Mix well and keep aside. Just before serving, heat on medium level covered for 3 min.
