Salad in a Chinese style.
Ingredients:
Macroni - 100 gms
Tomato - 1 small.
Green Chillie - 2
Ajeenomotto - pinch
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Carrot - (2-3)
Onion - 1
Salt, black pepper
Capsicum - 1/2
Cabbage - 1/2
Mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp
Chilli Sauce - 1/2 tsp
Neem leaves

Method:
- Boil Macroni with 1 tsp oil and salt in water.
- Strain and wash with cold water.
- Heat oil add mustard seeds, curry neem leaves also add onion and wait till it get pink.
- Now add chopped vegetables, ajeenomotto, black pepper andsalt.
- Add boiled Macroni, soya sauce,chilli sauce,vinegar, add chopped tomatoes.
- For garnishing use coriander leaves.
- Ready to eat.
