Macroni Salad

Salad in a Chinese style.


Ingredients:


Macroni - 100 gms
Tomato - 1 small.
Green Chillie - 2
Ajeenomotto - pinch
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Carrot - (2-3)
Onion - 1
Salt, black pepper
Capsicum - 1/2
Cabbage - 1/2
Mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp
Chilli Sauce - 1/2 tsp
Neem leaves


Method:


  1. Boil Macroni with 1 tsp oil and salt in water.
  2. Strain and wash with cold water.
  3. Heat oil add mustard seeds, curry neem leaves also add onion and wait till it get pink.
  4. Now add chopped vegetables, ajeenomotto, black pepper andsalt.
  5. Add boiled Macroni, soya sauce,chilli sauce,vinegar, add chopped tomatoes.
  6. For garnishing use coriander leaves.
  7. Ready to eat.
